For this special event, a group of writers and musicians will perform a literary Christmas concert to make you laugh, reflect, and recapture the Christmas spirit. Hear stories about Christmas tree farms, Lambeau Field Santas, Christmas Eve sibling smackdowns, and a very special Christmas delivery—each accompanied by a Christmas song.
Storytellers include Eau Claire’s 2020-24 Writer-in-Residence Ken Szymanski and writer/teacher/singer/actor Emily Kassera. Musicians include Derick Black (featured in Joy to the Word and Corn Crib Christmas), trumpet player Bill Simon (of Krismas Kookies and formerly of the HGT band), and Jerry Teclaw (former lead singer of The Fab Five Beatles tribute band). These seasoned holiday performers offer a fun and heartfelt greatest hits package from past Christmas shows to lift your spirits and get you back on track for the holidays.
