Monday, November 11th at 7:00pm-After Hours Event
Dressed in a ski jumping costume with guitar in hand, Bill Jamerson tells stories and performs original songs he wrote based on interviews with ski jumping he interviewed 25 years ago. Most of the stories he tells are about children and teenagers who jumped in the 1930’s and 1940’s. There are stories about older brothers teaching younger brothers, how they jumped before school, during recess and after school and how as teens they traveled across the Midwest to compete at tournaments.
This event is free and open to the public
